Dynamic Electrical Solutions Inc. , A North Carolina Company d/b/a Dynamic Electric (“Dynamic Electric”), warrants and guarantees to the original purchaser (“Customer”) that should Customer accept and purchase Dynamic Electric’s recommended Installation, such installation shall be free from defect in materials under normal use and conditions for one year, with workmanship warrantied for five years under normal use and conditions.

One Year Warranty on Installed Materials & Equipment

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in installed materials & equipment for the period of one year after the installation date on the invoice. These installations are defined in the sales invoice provided to the customer under the Description Of Work header.

Duration of Materials & Equipment Warranty

This warranty begins on the date of the installation provided on the invoice, and terminates one year from that date.

Five Year Limited Warranty on Workmanship

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in workmanship on installations by Dynamic Electrical Solutions Inc. These installations are defined in the invoice provided to the customer under the Description Of Work header.

Duration of Workmanship Warranty

This warranty begins on the date of the installation provided on the invoice, and terminates five years from that date.

Terms And Definitions

Installation: Materials or equipment installed by Dynamic Electric. Example but not limited to, a switch installed as a replacement for another switch, or a new receptacle outlet installed in a wall.

Exclusions; One Year and Five Year Warranties

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Consumable products including, but not limited to bulbs, batteries, filters, fuses, or certain safety devices that have a limited lifespan including without limitation smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

  • Customer provided equipment and materials

  • Materials or equipment not installed by Dynamic Electric

  • Dynamic Electric shall not be responsible for and this Warranty shall be void in the event of damage or repairs resulting from abuse, misuse or improper use, neglect, acts of god, unauthorized alteration, modification or repair including repair or service of the covered repair by others, or improper operation.

  • This Warranty shall be void if Customer does not finalize permit inspections (if required), which is Customer’s obligation, or if the Customer fails to perform the manufacturer’s suggested maintenance or upkeep on the installation.

Manufacturer And Code Updates

Dynamic Electric assumes no obligation to incorporate any modifications or improvements developed by the manufacturer or code enforcement agencies in any goods or materials previously sold or in service. This Warranty provided is separate from and independent of any manufacturer’s warranty. In the event of a recall of any portion of the installation, whether voluntarily by the manufacturer or mandated by a government authority, the manufacturer’s warranty shall be primary and Customer shall comply with all manufacturer requirements for claims under such manufacturer’s warranty before making any claim under this Warranty. This Warranty shall in no way affect or alter the determination of liability or fault for any alleged damages, including without limitation those for personal injury or property damage, sustained by a Customer or anyone else in connection with an installation, or any parts used in that installation. 

Determination of coverage

Determination of workmanship faults are at the sole discretion of Dynamic Electric.

Sole Warranty

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Dynamic Electric, either expressed or implied.

Performance of Warranty Work

Dynamic Electric reserves the right to perform warranty service during normal business hours. Emergency services are defined as situations that could create substantial damage to property or risk of injury in which case additional fees may apply.
