Apprenticeship Program
Becoming a licensed or journeyman electrician takes a lot of practical experience. Dynamic Electric wants to hire and train and support new electricians through our apprenticeship program. Apprentices take an active role in helping our electricians do great work for our customers and can progress their skills towards becoming qualified journeyman electricians or work towards completing license requirements with the NCBEEC.

about you:
No experience required but it is helpful to have some trade experience with tools, physical labor or other construction related skills etc.
Valid NC Driver’s License
Personal tools and PPE appropriate for job (See list)
Customer oriented and comfortable interacting with people
Detail oriented self starter for completing assigned tasks, learning new things
Computer/Tablet literate for viewing customer information, making notes, uploading photos (We will train you on our systems.)
Team player who enjoys learning, training and sharing knowledge
Knows a good joke or two they can tell in public!

Electrician - Residential Service
Local Full-Time Position Monday to Friday
$48,000- $70,000 plus bonus & benefits
Four Years Electrical Experience Required
TRaining and Mentorship:
Dynamic Electric is committed to the next generation of electricians through hands on training and skill development of new people interested in working in our trade. Apprentices work side by side with experienced electricians.
